I had a pleasant stay at Hilton Saint Augustine Historic Bayfront. The location was fantastic for exploring the historic downtown on foot, making it easy to access various attractions. The service was friendly and the on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations, especially with the happy hour offerings. However, my room had some maintenance issues that could use attention, particularly concerning the shower temperature and a noisy HVAC system.

Rooms

My room was clean and spacious, with a big jacuzzi-style tub. However, I faced some maintenance problems, like the shower barely having warm water and a loud HVAC system that disturbed my sleep.

6.6/10

My stay at Hilton Saint Augustine Historic Bayfront had its highs and lows. The location is fabulous—stunning views of the bay and within walking distance to everything. However, the room accommodations were less than ideal, as noise from a nearby bar disturbed our peace, especially since I was traveling with my young daughter. Overall, the experience was mixed but I enjoyed my time in St. Augustine. 🌊✨

Rooms
6.0
The room had a beautiful bay view, but was quite small and noise from the adjacent bar was disruptive. It felt clean yet had some maintenance needs.
Service

While some staff members were friendly and efficient, my experience with the front desk was disappointing, especially as a diamond member. A more accommodating response would have improved things.
Location

The location was perfect, allowing easy access to dining, shopping, and attractions in historic St. Augustine. The views from the hotel were amazing.
Dining

Dining at Aviles was a highlight, with friendly staff who made us feel welcomed. The restaurant offered good food but with extra costs for room service.
Facilities

The facilities, including valet service, were convenient, though I felt the $40 valet fee was excessive for the experience. Additionally, some areas showed signs of wear.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The view from my balcony overlooking Matanzas Bay was lovely, and the location couldn't have been better. However, I encountered a few discomforts, such as issues with the A/C and an uncomfortable bed that led to some back pain. Overall, the staff was really good and friendly, which helped elevate my experience.

I had a great stay at Hilton Saint Augustine Historic Bayfront. The location is fantastic, right on the bay front, which made exploring the historic downtown so easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room offered a beautiful view. However, there were some drawbacks, like noise from the street and a slightly dated room design that could use an upgrade.

Rooms
7.0
My room was very clean and modern, but a third of it was taken up by a large jacuzzi-style bathtub, which felt dated. Additionally, the noise from the street was noticeable at times, making it hard to sleep. Overall, I loved the bay view but felt the noise could be an issue for light sleepers.
Service
9.0
The staff was great! Everyone was welcoming and eager to help. I really appreciated the warm service I received, especially from the lady at the Starbucks who was incredibly nice.
Location
10.0
The hotel is perfectly positioned on the bay front and close to historic attractions. I loved that I could walk to all the cute shops and museums in the area without any hassle.
Dining

I tried the breakfast, which was delicious, but I did find it pricey at $30 per person. The dining area had a lovely atmosphere that I enjoyed.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel offered decent facilities, I was disappointed with the small gym size and limited equipment. I think they could benefit from expanding the fitness area and upgrading the machines to enhance the overall experience.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Saint Augustine Historic Bayfront, particularly the amazing bayfront views from my room. The staff was friendly and pretty attentive, which made me feel welcome. However, some details like a staining on the lounge chair and an unanswered room service call dampened my experience a bit. Overall, the charming location and comfortable accommodations made it a nice visit.

Rooms

I had a great room with a stunning bay view. It was clean and comfortable, but there were some minor imperfections like stains on the lounge chair and paint overspray on the desk chair.
Service

The staff was helpful and warm, although there were times when my calls to room service went unanswered. Still, they were friendly during my interactions.
Location
10.0
The location is unbeatable, just a quick walk from the historic district, and right on the waterfront. I loved being so close to everything!
Dining

Breakfast was served until 11am and was quite enjoyable, but I was disappointed they wouldn't make a Cuban sandwich outside of lunch hours. The hotel dining experience exceeded my expectations overall.
Facilities

The hotel offers various facilities, including room service and valet parking, which was convenient for exploring the area. Although it was a bit pricey for parking, it was worth it.
